Do I have to commit for a certain period of time?

Absolutely not! You are not obligated to commit for any period of time. You can cancel your account at any time by giving us 30-days notice.

How many email addresses can your service handle?

Oi! is a robust email marketing system and is designed to handle both large and small sendouts. We have customers with email lists that range in the hundreds of thousands. However, we have a strict anti-spam policy and will not allow users to spam. Oi! is compliant with the Spam Act 2003 (Commonwealth).

Are there additional setup fees in addition to the monthly fee?

No, there is no setup fee when signing up for an account.

If I don't send out any email campaigns, do I still have to pay the monthly fee?

Yes, all customers are billed the monthly fee, regardless of the amount of emails sent. Even if you are not sending out any campaigns during a particular month, Oi! On-Demand continues to host your lists and campaign composites, allows new signups, maintains your opt-outs, and records reporting results.

How is the monthly fee determined?

Your First Charge - When you signup for Oi! On-Demand, your first charge is based on the number of unique email addresses you have in your mailing list.

Your Monthly Charge - Each month on your billing date, you are charged based on the highest number of unique email addresses (subscribers) you had in your account during the past month.

What happens if my email list size goes up and down?

We will adjust accordingly to the activity of your email list sizing. Pricing is based upon the greatest number of unique email addresses (subscribers) in your Oi! On-Demand account during the previous billing period. This means if your list size changes (increasing or decreasing over time) your pricing will automatically reflect this change.

Does my credit card get billed right away?

Your credit card will be billed the day you sign up for your Oi! On-Demand account.

How does Oi On-Demand manage my opt-ins and opt-outs?

As part of your monthly service fee, Oi! On-Demand manages your opt-ins and opt-outs 24/7.

An opt-in occurs when someone visits your website and submits their email address into your Oi! On-Demand Sign Up form. Oi! On-Demand will collect and store your subscribers' email addresses and other information that get submitted through your Sign Up form, real-time into your account.
